What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across all systems
  • Oversee product flow from receiving through scheduling, routing, and delivery preparation
  • Track and verify daily incoming appliances and outgoing deliveries
  • Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor returns
  • Build strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
  • Operate forklifts, squeeze clamp trucks, and picker equipment as needed
  • Support annual physical inventory and ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communicator who works well with warehouse staff, sales, purchasing, and scheduling teams
  • Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal inventory systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to perform basic math for inventory tracking and shipments
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with computerized inventory systems required
  • Forklift, squeeze clamp, and picker certifications a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move appliances (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to work on your feet and navigate warehouse storage areas (high and low)
