As our School Bus Driver, you are the first and last friendly face our students and parents see each day. You aren’t just providing transportation; you are a vital ambassador for the Academy, ensuring that the journey to and from our "sanctuary" is safe, educational, and full of positive energy. You turn every commute into an opportunity for learning and safe discovery.
What You'll Do
- Professional Competencies: Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a continuous growth mindset and a commitment to process improvement.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a squeaky-clean driving record.
- Safety Credentials: Ability to pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and a medical examination.
- Health Essentials: Negative TB test result and a clear drug and alcohol screening.
- Experience: Proven track record of safely transporting children and a clean driving record free of moving violations.
- Heart & Soul: Patience, leadership in emergency situations, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
Work Schedule & Employment Status:
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
