Remote Commercial Insurance Producer

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Producer with a passion for service and a proven track record in the insurance industry. Applicants must be driven, self-sufficient, and results-oriented with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner, multi-task, manage schedules, and set appointments with prospective clients.

Compensation is based off of a percentage of premium sold. There is no base salary--an average agent should make $86,400/yr. Leads and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and follow up on quotes.
• Retain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide comprehensive counseling to clients, helping them understand their insurance options and making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our team of 9 to enhance our agency’s reputation and contribute to a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty (PC) Insurance License.
• Ability to get nonresident license in NM.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Proven success in generating leads and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
