This position is responsible for assisting members with account services, opening new accounts, providing digital banking support, processing debit card requests, and identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet members' financial needs. The Member Services Representative demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and a commitment to the Credit Union's mission of providing outstanding member service.
