Job Summary:

Colonnades Assisted Living Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Bay City, Michigan. As a Caregiver at Colonnades Assisted Living Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, including use of wheelchair, walker, or other assistive devices
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Availability: Part-time and full-time positions available; flexible scheduling options available
