Schedule: Candidates must be available to start any time after 12:00PM, with shifts ending as late as 2:00AM.
Pay: $18.00/hr

We are seeking a dependable and motivated 2nd shift Shift Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a great work ethic, and the flexibility to travel between job sites as needed.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
- Weekend availability required
- Overtime pay:
- 1.5x pay on Saturdays
- 2x pay on Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the production team during the shift
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies
- Help maintain productivity and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist with training and supporting new employees
- Travel between Newton and Morganton locations as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (must provide proof)
- Steel-toe safety shoes or boots
- Willingness to travel between Newton and Morganton
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends when needed
