FOH & BOH Team Member

Poké2 Grill GG, located in Garden Grove, CA, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as FOH (Front of House) & BOH (Back of House) team members. If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to bring your skills to a dynamic and exciting workplace, we’d love to hear from you!

As a FOH & BOH team member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional Poké2 Grill GG experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Front of House (FOH):

- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns.

Back of House (BOH):

- Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and assembling dishes to perfection.

- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Keeping the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (FOH, BOH, or both).

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for food and providing outstanding service.
