Job Description
The Rappa District Office is looking for someone to build and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Pooler. Youll develop relationships in the community, bring in new business, and build a team as your agency grows.
You dont need previous insurance experience. Were looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, is comfortable creating new business, and wants the responsibility of running an agency. We provide licensing support, training, and ongoing guidance throughout the process.
This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position.

Responsibilities
As an agency owner, youll:
- Build a pipeline through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement
- Talk with clients about their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Generate new business and develop long-term client relationships
- Set production goals and track the agencys progress
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team as the business grows
- Build relationships with local businesses and community leaders

Requirements
We may be a good fit if you:
- Have experience in sales, leadership, business ownership, or another client-facing role
- Enjoy meeting people and building relationships
- Are comfortable prospecting and creating new business
- Want to lead a team and be responsible for agency results
- Are willing to become involved in the Pooler community
- Hold Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or are willing to obtain them with our support
Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required.
