Senior Project Manager - Landscape Construction

Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to manage large-scale commercial landscape and site development projects across Southern California?

Your Background:

· Proven experience managing large commercial landscape projects of $1M+ from inception through completion, including site development.

· 4-year degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. PMP, CCM, LEED, or SITES AP certifications a plus

· Adept at building trusted relationships with clients, GCs, architects, and subcontractors.

What You’ll Do:

Take full ownership of high-impact commercial landscape projects and deliver exceptional results that strengthen client partnerships and fuel division growth.

· Lead commercial landscape projects serving commercial clients from Los Angeles County to the Central Coast.

· Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, subcontractors, quality, and client communications.

· Deliver accurate KPI and performance metrics resolve field issues, and maintain strong team performance.
