We offer competitive salaries, Paid Time Off, 10 paid holidays annually, and Blue Cross Blue Shield health benefit offerings.RESPONSIBILITIESAlways maintain a safe work environment and practices for self and othersRead and interpret electrical assembly prints, route sheets and work sheetsAbility to gather materials and tooling in a safe and organized mannerPerform numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructionsOperate manual and semi-automatic wire process equipment per instructionAssists with routing and assembly of wire, cable, and components for electrical enclosures and harnessesPerform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections of in process and finished productsActively participates in company initiatives such as process improvements, achieve and understand your impact on the company KPI's, cost savings. etc.Stay abreast of communication, understand and act in accord with ArcFlo standards of conduct, policies, and proceduresTimely communicate ideas and feedback using appropriate communication meansContribute to ArcFlo cultural vision including but not limited to working in a positive fashion with teammates and leadership, taking initiative, and having ownership of workFlexible, performs other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee is regularly required to walk, stand and use hands and fingers. The employee must regularly reach with hands and arms.
