What You’ll DoAs a bartender at Magnolia & May, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Engaging with customers to provide friendly and attentive service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- A strong knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
