Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
- Prioritize daily assignments and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity expectations.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working in guest areas.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly and work independently.
- Must maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
