What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly to prospect inquiries and route leads to the right salesperson for follow-up
  • Guide residents step by step through move-in: apartment selection, deposit, move-in day, and the personal details that make it feel like home
  • Keep lead and move-in data current in Aline and prepare reports on schedule
  • Coordinate apartment readiness and modifications ahead of move-in day
  • Help plan and run community events alongside the Sales & Marketing team, including ordering and tracking promotional materials
  • Share prospect and move-in updates with the sales team and community leadership

What You'll Need
Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service within senior living
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field

Schedule Full-time. Day shift, either 9:00 am–5:30 pm or 9:30 am–6:00 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays required, with occasional overtime for weekend events.
