Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and innovation.What You'll Do:Use Syteline ERP to analyze requirements and prepare and issue purchase orders for "buy" and "make" items in line with production schedulesPlan and execute procurement activities in support of cost, quality, and delivery targetsBuild and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and termsWork closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Quality on pricing, availability, material flow, and purchasing-related issuesResolve supplier concerns involving price, quality, delivery, availability, or invoicesMonitor supplier performance, supply-chain risks, and opportunities; identify alternate sources and recommend improvementsSupport cost, lead-time, and inventory-reduction efforts through analysis and continuous improvementWhat We Need:Strong computer skills are essential, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and OutlookPrior hands-on experience using Syteline ERP is strongly preferredA minimum of three years of purchasing experience or three years of employment at Riverhawk in good standing is requiredStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and with suppliersAssociate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.General understanding of ISO 9001 and Riverhawk's Quality PolicyWhat You Get: Riverhawk Company offers a competitive pay and benefit package for their employees.
