We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Concierge to join our Customer Service Department in Albuquerque, NM.Job DetailsSalary: From $30,000 to $80,000 a yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Albuquerque, NM 87107Position SummaryThe Service Concierge serves as the primary advocate for our customers, managing interactions to enhance loyalty and business growth. This role ensures outstanding care throughout the customer journey, from initial contact through follow-up. The Service Concierge acts as a liaison between customers and department managers, facilitating prompt resolution of issues. Job Requirement:High school diploma or GED required.Strong commitment to the company vision and exceeding customer expectations.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer loyalty.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and analyze performance data.Professional, outgoing, and dependable with a strong work ethic.Good communication skills with management and team members.Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.Technologically proficient, able to communicate via multiple customer channels.Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.Basic knowledge of elead CRM and Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Professional appearance required.Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
