EmpowerHome Team Services is seeking a high-energy, analytical Sales Team Lead to coach and develop a sales team, identify performance opportunities, and drive consistent results. We’re looking for a proactive, strategic leader who is excited to grow with a values-based organization that is rapidly expanding.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

$125,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Establish clear accountability around KPIs and daily execution
Analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to identify and improve results
Guide daily sales execution and team performance
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to increase productivity
Partner with leadership to strengthen team performance and support the company's growth
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading a sales team with a track record of driving measurable results
Highly analytical and comfortable using data and performance metrics
Strategic, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
High-energy leader who motivates others, takes initiative, and leads by example
Values-driven and growth-minded, with a willingness to receive coaching
Must have a valid Real Estate License
