RUSSO'S NY PIZZERIA & ITALIAN KITCHEN is seeking a Restaurant Crew Member to help deliver great guest experiences at our ASU Tempe, AZ location.

Position Summary

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, helping with food preparation, Cooking, Customer Service, and maintaining cleanliness across the restaurant.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with others, takes pride in quality, and is committed to following established procedures to ensure consistent service.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and remain reliable during busy periods

  • Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures consistently

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude- Smile and be nice!

  • Availability to work hours as scheduled

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $16 - $17 PTO after 90 days Paid Training Flexible Hours
