Bartender/Server - Fall

This role is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to pass holders, guests, and event participants while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well with others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers outstanding hospitality with a positive attitude. Requires valid driver's license. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
• Uphold the professional image and service standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Must meet minimum age requirement for alcohol service
• RAMP Certification; must be completed/renewed before start date
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and tournament days
