As a Regional Director, you will provide operational, clinical, and financial oversight for multiple programs across Massachusetts. You will lead high-performing teams, drive quality outcomes, support organizational growth, and ensure programs consistently deliver exceptional services while living our values every day.
What You'll Do???? Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and support Program Directors across the region.
- Drive organizational strategy and operational initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and values-based leadership.
- Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Support change management initiatives and champion employee engagement.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight for regional programs.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and program performance.
- Strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Support census growth and service expansion opportunities.
- Promote organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practices.
- Partner with Clinical and Quality teams to improve outcomes.
- Oversee implementation of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor program compliance through audits and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to manage budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics.
- Ensure adherence to fiscal policies and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and government agencies.
- Support new program development, business expansion, licensing, and RFP responses.
- Represent the organization with funders, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Advocate for the individuals and communities we serve.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support growth and service excellence.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
'05; Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
'05; Minimum 6 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or similar populations
'05; Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing programs or teams in human services
'05; Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
'05; Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region
'05; Ability to obtain required background clearances
⭐ Master's Degree in a Human Services-related field
⭐ Clinical experience in behavioral health, IDD, or related services.

Travel & Work Environment
- Must be available for frequent travel to all residential locations, meeting locations, and be responsible for on-call duties.
- Occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel requirements.
- Combination of office, program, community, and meeting environments.
- Must be able to perform routine physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, driving.
