We are seeking a dependable Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, quality meals for our residents. The cook will follow menus and special dietary requirements, maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Prepare meals according to menus and recipes.
Follow residents’ special and therapeutic diet requirements.
Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation.
Portion and serve meals as directed.
Keep kitchen and equipment clean and organized.
Follow facility policies and food-safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking or food-service experience preferred.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Nursing facility or healthcare food-service experience is a plus.
