Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Manage and maintain budgets for housekeeping supplies, equipment, and services
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals
Develop and maintain effective communication with the facilities management team, hospital administration, and regulatory agencies
