Key Responsibilities
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
Lead, mentor, and retain nursing staff while promoting a positive clinical culture
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care
Manage staffing, infection control, and clinical performance outcomes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
Active Pennsylvania RN license
Prior leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care strongly preferred
Strong regulatory knowledge and proven leadership skills
