As a Van Driver, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by providing safe and comfortable transportation for our patients to appointments, treatments, and other essential outings.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a van to transport patients to various locations, adhering to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations
Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Monitor patient condition during transportation and communicate any concerns or issues to healthcare staff
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient transportation services
Maintain a clean and organized van to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized transportation plans for patients
