10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in the Hartford, CT area for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile

• Average ~1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
• Up to 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity

• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
