Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have: 2-5 years of industrial leadership experience, education in manufacturing technology or business management and be proficient in lean/continuous improvement methods.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma, additional technical certificates - degrees preferred.

· 2-5 years related supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

· Ability to effectively lead, train and schedule production team.

· Deep understanding and commitment to continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. to improve efficiency, optimize workflows and minimize scrap.

· Basic knowledge of quality control practices and principles.

· Manage effective and accurate work instructions and tool set-up data.

· Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and manage corrective actions.

· Proficiency with computer applications necessary to track production metrics, inventory and KPIs.

· Ensure a clean, efficient and safe work environment at all times.

· Flexible work schedule depending on production requirements.

· Effectively work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
