The Jesse Barrera Agency, a Top 1% Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Agency, is growing rapidly and looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our Scottsdale team.

Responsibilities

• Convert agency-provided leads into new insurance clients
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage needs
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Participate in daily coaching and sales meetings

Requirements

• Highly motivated and competitive

• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn an above-average income
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Property Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
