Analyze client risk profiles to curate custom insurance solutions that provide actual peace of mind.

Manage a consistent pipeline of new business inquiries by providing prompt, helpful, and insightful guidance.

Review existing policyholder accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of every interaction to ensure our clients always feel known and understood.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.

Focus on long-term client retention by delivering a standard of service that goes well beyond the initial sale.

Active Property Casualty Insurance License in the state of Ohio.

Minimum of two years experience in direct-to-consumer insurance sales.

Deep understanding of personal lines coverage, including home and auto policies.

Strong command of agency management software and digital application platforms.

Natural ability to listen carefully and translate client needs into clear insurance options.

Comfort working in an office environment based in Independence, Ohio.
