Job Description
Green Light is a growing healthcare technology company that helps health plans and healthcare providers resolve out-of-network medical claims fairly and efficiently.
We’re looking for a Healthcare Claims Specialist – Provider Negotiations to join our team. You’ll talk with healthcare providers by phone, review claims, negotiate reimbursement, and work toward claim resolution.

What You’ll Do
- Talk with healthcare providers about medical claims and reimbursement.
- Review claim details and negotiate resolutions.
- Answer provider questions and explain reimbursement options.
- Manage a high volume of claims and meet productivity and quality goals.
- Document claim activity and outcomes accurately.
- Work with internal teams to resolve claims.
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, billing, claims, collections, customer service, revenue cycle, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Confidence speaking with providers by phone throughout the day.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort discussing financial and insurance information.
- A professional, dependable, and solutions-focused approach.
Healthcare claims or negotiation experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
