Job Description
  • Close kitchen: clean, sanitize, sweep/mop, restock,
  • Wash dishes, maintain cleanliness
  • Prep basic ingredients and follow recipes
  • Follow food safety and safety procedures
  • Assist with end‑of‑day checks
Hours:
  • Closing shift: approx. 5p–2am,
  • Part‑time (X–Y hours/week)

Requirements
  • Prior BOH/kitchen experience preferred but willing to train
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, team player
