What You'll Do as a Deli Associate:

As a Deli Associate at Midtown Market, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers leave with a smile and a delicious meal. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions. - Maintaining our high standards for product freshness and sanitation. - Selecting and packaging products ordered by customers with care and precision. - Filling, maintaining, and rotating deli products and displays. - Preparing special orders and party trays to delight our customers. - Operating kitchen equipment, such as meat and cheese slicers, ovens, fryers, microwaves, cutting tools, and scales. - Assisting with other duties as assigned to keep the deli running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - A friendly, courteous, and prompt approach to customer service. - The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions. - To be 18 years of age or older.

What to Expect:

This is a full-time position based in our deli department at Midtown Market, located at 3000 Broadway St, Paducah, KY 42001. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting deli products weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent interaction with customers and team members.
