Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN) to join our team. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care
Monitor care standards, promote quality improvement initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance
Provide direct nursing care as needed to support residents' physical, emotional, and medical needs
Mentor, train, and support nursing staff while fostering teamwork and professional growth
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes
Address resident and family concerns professionally and compassionately
Uphold our commitment to excellence, compassion, dignity, and respect in resident care
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
