Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for an assigned group of patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and identify care needs; develop and implement care plans with measurable outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and escalate as needed in collaboration with the care team.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families, provide health information, and support learning for team members.
- Delegate appropriately and supervise nursing staff across levels; ensure a safe, healing environment and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/acute care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR certification from an approved vendor per policy
- EPIC EMR experience
- BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting
