Lina Vivas Maintenance is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at client facilities in Queens, NY. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support night cleaning crews
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Train and coach cleaning personnel
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and timekeeping
• Address client concerns and report issues to management
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance services preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule:

• Night Shift 9PM- 5:30PM
• Full-Time
