Testing & Tooling Supervisor

We are hiring a Testing & Tooling Supervisor to lead tooling, crimping, and testing operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor tooling, crimping, and testing personnel.
• Oversee testing equipment, fixtures, cutting equipment, crimping tools, presses, and measurement equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs, and equipment readiness.
• Develop work instructions and procedures for testing, cutting, and crimping.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce test times without compromising quality.
• Support the transition from manual to automated crimping processes.
• Identify and address safety risks across production areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a tooling/testing environment.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in electrical assembly.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
