Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at The Blackberry Center, a premier Behavioral Hospital and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in St. Cloud, Florida. As a leader in the behavioral health industry, we provide patients with a safe and supportive environment to reflect, reset, and heal. Our Clinical Director will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensuring excellence in patient care and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clinical programs, policies, and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and psychologists

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure effective patient care

• Conduct quality assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous quality improvement

• Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs and staff development

• Establish and maintains relationships with community providers, agencies, and organizations to ensure seamless transition of care

• Participates in program development, implementation, and evaluation

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a related field (e.g., psychiatry, psychology, nursing)

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a behavioral health setting

• Licensure and/or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, MD)

• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities and industry standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
