What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at The Social, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Assisting with inventory management and food storage as needed.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, dedication, and a love for food to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary environment.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
