Join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, dedicated to empowering children on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in our mission to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work directly with our highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior

  • Providing feedback to BCBAs on treatment implementation and progress

  • Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment collaboration

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and data collection

  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
