• Generate new business and grow market share
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and community partners
• Lead sales efforts and exceed performance goals
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and construction teams
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through home completion

• Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing

• Professional presence with a passion for customer service
• Real estate, homebuilding, or construction experience is a must

Earnings Expectations

• First Year - $80,000 - $105,000
• Second Year - $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-3 years business development, sales and/or marketing

General assessment skills

• Offers suggestions and/or ideas for change in a respectful and knowledgeable manner
• Exudes honesty and integrity within a professional image
• Demeanor is steady and consistent
• Presents Manuel Builders in best possible light
• Obtains and passes on relevant information to others who should know
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
