Estate Planning Specialist, Plano TX and Tampa FL

Locations: Plano ,Texas | Tampa, Florida

Our firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Specialist to join our Financial Planning Team. In this role, you will help high-net-worth clients understand their existing estate plans, identify gaps, and explore strategies to achieve their long-term goals.

This is a client-facing position focused on education and analysis (non-legal advice), working closely with internal partners across financial planning, investments, and tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Review estate documents (Wills, Trusts, POAs, etc.) to identify risks and opportunities
• Partner directly with clients to gather and analyze estate planning information
• Educate clients on estate planning concepts and strategies
• Collaborate with Financial Planners, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers
• Manage ongoing client and internal communications

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estate/trust planning
• Experience with complex, high-net-worth estates
• J.D. required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
