As the Financial Analyst, You'll Be Responsible For:
- Developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
- Building and maintaining financial models for renewable energy projects, including solar, battery storage, and microgrids.
- Analyzing project profitability, investment returns, and operational performance.
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Evaluating project financing structures and investment opportunities.
- Reviewing project budgets and comparing estimated versus actual costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assessing project risks, market conditions, energy pricing, and available tax incentives.
- Supporting strategic planning and providing financial recommendations to executive leadership.
Our Ideal Financial Analyst Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering Finance, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of financial analysis experience.
- Experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, EPC, or a related industry REQUIRED.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting project finance, capital budgeting, or investment analysis.
- Familiarity with renewable energy projects, including solar, battery storage (BESS), or microgrids highly desired.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
- MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
