Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Location: Minneapolis, MN
School Year: 2026-2027

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered intervention planning.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification required.
• Eligibility for school-based practice in Minnesota.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
