Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Logistics Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager (5+ years) to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations, drive efficiency, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly gross profit, and help scale operations for future growth.
You will oversee a high-volume warehouse that processes about 500 time-sensitive orders per day and manages 15,000 SKUs for 25 clients. Approximately 70% of orders ship directly to customers, while 30% are held for further distribution through our 30 internal Shopify e-commerce sites.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory receipt, quality control, and kitting/packaging functions; ensuring timely and accurate shipments; and utilizing the NetSuite Warehouse Management System for scheduling and updates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse departments (receiving, quality control, kitting/packaging, returns, inventory control)
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse workflows and quality control processes
  • Optimize layout, workflow efficiency, and storage utilization
  • Manage real-time job-costing and fulfillment order schedules to ensure accurate project profitability
  • Ensure adherence to e-commerce SLAs across 30+ client stores
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all client programs
  • Hire, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff
  • Set performance expectations, provide accountability, and conduct semi-annual performance reviews
  • Manage partnerships with shipping and logistics providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, couriers)
  • Schedule and communicate kitting/packaging jobs for clients; provide updates to Sales/Account Management
  • Utilize NetSuite WMS, shipping software, and inventory systems for daily operations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Track and report on KPIs (fulfillment accuracy, turnaround times, labor efficiency, shipping)
  • Collaborate with leadership on scaling operations and onboarding new clients

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of warehouse logistics management experience, including complex kitting, returns/exchanges, quality control, and picking/packing
  • Experience managing thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce accounts
  • Strong background in inventory management and warehouse logistics
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping software, and e-commerce fulfillment platforms (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • 5S Certification a plus
