We are looking for a FULL TIME FRY COOK to join our team! In this position, you will take part in all aspects of the kitchen including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station setup. You will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily opening & closing kitchen procedures as applicable
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food according to standards set
• Monitor inventory and restock station when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a fry cook is preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and recipes
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting 30+pounds
