Gas Service Technician - Experienced Only

The Gas Service Technician - Experienced Only plays a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting gas service equipment within a medium-sized team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this technician will regularly travel within the service area to ensure optimal system performance using company proprietary tools. This role demands hands-on expertise in equipment maintenance without on-call or emergency response duties. This is an in-home service tech position servicing gas fireplaces.

Responsibilities

This is for Gas Fireplaces , Stoves and Gas Inserts -

• Perform routine maintenance on gas service equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently in customers homes
• Collaborate with a team of 4-7 technicians to achieve team goals
• Utilize company proprietary tools for service tasks
• Travel regularly within the service area to complete assignments
• Report work status and issues directly to the Operations Manager
• Replacing pilot assemblies and gas valves
• Up sales a plus with the ability to make commission
