Dump Truck Driver

Class A/B Dump Truck Driver – Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. A Class B CDL is required, and a Class A CDL is preferred, as we have a tag trailer used to move loaders and equipment, especially during the winter months.

Pay: $28–$33/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
Position: Full-Time / Year-Round

Summer Responsibilities – April through October

• Operate dump trucks hauling aggregate, dirt, boulders, and other construction materials
• Haul materials for our in-house construction and landscaping operations
• Complete occasional hauling work for other contractors and companies
• Perform daily truck inspections and basic maintenance
• Safely operate on construction sites, yards, and public roadways

Winter Responsibilities

• Haul bulk salt and snow
• Operate larger CDL plow trucks during snow events
• Move loaders and equipment with a tag trailer if properly licensed and experienced
• Assist with commercial snow and ice operations as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL or higher
• Class A CDL strongly preferred
• Clean and safe driving record
• Dump truck experience preferred
• Experience hauling equipment with a tag trailer is a plus
• Snowplowing experience is a plus
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours during winter snow events

We are looking for someone who wants a steady position with approximately 40 hours most weeks and the opportunity for year-round work. Pay will range from $28–$33 per hour based on CDL class, driving experience, equipment experience, and overall qualifications.
