National Account Manager (B2B Sales)

This is an opportunity for a motivated salesperson who enjoys opening doors, developing long-term client relationships, and providing customized business solutions. What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with companies across multiple industries.
- Sell transportation workforce and equipment leasing solutions to businesses nationwide.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, operations managers, HR professionals, and transportation leaders.
- Conduct phone prospecting, virtual meetings, and in-person sales calls to generate new accounts.
- Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Understand each client's unique business challenges and recommend customized service solutions.
- Learn the complexities of employee leasing and equipment leasing within the transportation industry.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Represent Labor Services Company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Experience selling rather than products is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing business.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Transportation, logistics, staffing, or workforce solutions experience is a plus.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools preferred.
- Comfortable leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development.
