  • Strong understanding of G-code, macrocycle programming, and common CNC controls (Haas, Siemens, Fanuc).
  • Experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar CAD/CAM software.
  • Proven experience in process engineering and process simulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and a detail-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in a small business/job-shop environment is highly valued.
  • Bonus: Firearms industry experience or genuine interest in precision machining.

Physical Demands:

  • Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; regular bending and kneeling.
  • Manual dexterity for keyboard use, operating CNC equipment, and handling parts.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequent communication with team members and, at times, customers.

What We Offer:

  • Healthcare, Vision and Dental Coverage
  • Simple IRA retirement plan with employer match.
  • Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Hands-on exposure to the entire process—from design to finished product.
