Legal Assistant

Boise attorney is looking for a full-time assistant who has experience in state court litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in state court filings (e.g. iCourt), family law, child custody, and child support, protection orders. If you have at least three (3) years of experience working in a litigation firm and have previously assisted family law attorneys, take pride in your work, pay meticulous attention to the details, and are technologically savvy, and a self-starter . . . we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an assistant for our firm's senior partner. The selected candidate will be technologically adept and have excellent Word, QuickBooks, Excel, Adobe, iCourt, and Odyssey skills. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn how to utilize new software, including MyCase. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, such that they can perform basic firm accounting functions (e.g., processing payments, monthly billing, etc.).

Salary is dependent on candidate, years of experience and references. Compensation could start around $72,000 to $92,000 annually which includes retirement, health insurance, sick leave and paid time off.
