Sales and Office Coordinator

William Travis Jewelry is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Office Manager to oversee sales, customer relationships, and the day-to-day administrative operations of our jewelry business.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who is organized, confident, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining the high level of personal service and attention to detail our clients expect.

The Sales & Office Manager will work closely with the owner and team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from their first contact through the completion of their purchase, repair, appraisal, or custom jewelry project.
