Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates, Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Shipping & Receiving Associates, and Chemical Processing Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Akron, Ohio.

Schedule
1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Overtime available based on production needs

Available PositionsProduction Associate

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
• Mix chemicals, paints, coatings, and raw materials according to work instructions
• Package finished products
• Label completed batches
• Clean tanks, drums, production equipment, and work areas
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Warehouse / Material Handler

• Receive incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, label, package, and prepare customer orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Deliver finished products to the shipping department
• Maintain organized warehouse and outdoor storage areas
• Operate a forklift when needed (training available for qualified candidates)

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Chemical processing or chemical handling experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
• Steel-toed boots required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow
